Important Updates
- Registration (and the Welcome Reception) starts on Thursday, April 24, at 5pm in the Estancia Hotel. Until then you can still register online.
- For those presenting papers, each presentation room will have a Windows laptop, laser pointer/slide advancer, and audio/visual set-up. Remember that each presenter should aim to talk for 20 minutes, and allot 5 minutes for questions.
- The author of the last paper in each session will serve as session chair. There is a digital clock in each room that is clearly visible to the speaker, which will help with time keeping.
- For those presenting posters, details are available on the Instructions for Posters page.
- For those driving to the conference on Friday morning (and not staying at the Estancia Hotel), please park at the Rady School of Management and walk to the Salk Institute for breakfast and the keynote speaker. A BDRM parking attendant will provide you with a parking permit and further instructions. [ Maps and Directions ]
