Through personal coaching, an array of programs and resources, and a commitment to creating access to opportunities, MBA Career Connections enhances your potential for success.

Before PreTerm, you will complete an extensive career assessment, developed specifically for MBAs and designed to provide you with a strong foundation for building your career portfolio. You’ll begin developing your personal career plan at this time, working with both academic advisors and career coaches. The MBA Career Connections staff ensures you are taking advantage of the opportunities and resources available and that you develop the portfolio of skills, experiences and contacts which will enable you to reach your goals.

FlexMBA students have full access to the services provided by MBA Career Connections, the Rady School’s MBA career center. MBA Career Connections develops programs specifically with FlexMBA career management needs in mind, bringing speakers and workshops directly to you during your class schedule.
